The AXIS TU8002-E 90 W Midspan is a robust, outdoor-ready Power over Ethernet (PoE) injector designed to deliver reliable performance in harsh environments. With IP66/67 and NEMA TS2 ratings, it is protected against dust, water, and extreme weather conditions. The unit operates efficiently in a wide temperature range from -40 °C to 65 °C (-40 °F to 149 °F), depending on the power output.
To safeguard connected equipment, the midspan provides surge protection up to 6 kV on both AC and PoE ports. Its IP66/IP67-rated RJ45 connectors allow for quick and secure installation without opening the device—simply connect the mains and the network video product. Delivering up to 90 W of power, the TU8002-E is fully compatible with IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standards as well as Axis High PoE-enabled devices.
