It is fully equipped with a 5.6-inch (14 cm) graphical TFT colour touchscreen display, 16-bit colour depth, 320 x 240 effective pixel resolution, with backlight, full-duplex speakerphone, 2-port Cisco Ethernet switch, and wideband audio. This IP telephone is capable to provides direct access to voicemail via messages key. It can also facilitate a display button that indicates when the phone is in power-saving sleep/inactivity mode (button is lit), volume control that provides easy decibel-level adjustments for the speakerphone, handset, headset, and ringer, a services key that allows users to quickly access diverse information such as weather, stocks, quote of the day, or any Web-based information using XML and a help button that gives users information about the phone keys, buttons, and features.

This is an IP phone and can have firmware loaded to make it operate directly with an IP provider. The firmware upgrade process can be complex and we recommend it is not done unless you have previous experience.
