The Cisco 7961G is part of the Unified IP series phones that delivers unsurpassed features and reliability over other IP telephony systems. The 7961G is ideal for small, medium and enterprise customers with advanced features and rock solid stability. It includes a large pixel based LCD display, full duplex speakerphone and an internal Cisco Ethernet switch. The display provides features such as date and time, calling party name, calling party number, and digits dialed. The crisp graphic capability of the display allows for the inclusion of higher value, more visibly rich Extensible Markup Language (XML) applications and double-byte languages. It has a six programmable backlit line/feature buttons and four interactive soft keys.

The firmware upgrade process can be complex and we recommend it is not done unless you have previous experience.
