The GN Netcom Jabra Supervisor Y Cable is a split communications cord that allows a supervisor headset and an employee headset to be plugged into the same single headset socket at the same time. A supervisor can listen into a conversation and offer advice to the employee whilst on mute. This lead is a particularly useful tool for training and monitoring employees on telephones or terminals that support single headset sockets only. It enables two Jabra Quick Disconnect headsets to connect to one bottom cord for supervision purposes. Both sides are active so both agent and supervisor can talk.
