The Polaris SP5020 Bottom Curly Cord for Soundpro Corded Headsets - Cisco phones is a bottom curly cord that enables connection of Soundpro Corded headsets to Cisco telephones with an RJ11 headset socket. The Polaris SP5020 Cable is specifically designed to work accurately with Cisco 6921, 6941, 6945, 6961 , 7902, 7905, 7910, 7931, 7940, 7941, 7960, 7961, 7970, 7971, IP Phones , 7821, 7841, 7861, 7942G, 7945G, 7962G 7965G, 7975G , 8941, 8945, 8945G, 8961, 9951, and 9971 phones.

The Headset Hookswitch Control (HHC) must be enabled on each Cisco phone. If HHC mode is disabled it can be enabled by the Cisco Phone System Administrator in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager application. Cisco UC Manager 4.1 (3) service release =>6 & phone firmware 8.3 (3) is required for use.
