The Poly/Plantronics MDA524 is a smart audio processor for Plantronics 4-pin QD (Quick Disconnect) headsets. It can connect to a wired headset, desk phone, and computer using standard cables. The MDA524 QD improves customer service by letting call agents switch between calls from desk phone and smartphone with the press of a button. The agent can keep using the same headset. This model of MDA524 QD connects to a computer via USB-C.
