Telestat Call Logging for 12 Users

The Telestat 7 Call Logging Sofyware is compatible with any telephone system fitted with a suitable call logging port (for example Serial/IP/File) thus meaning it is supported by almost all of today's systems. Upon quick and easy installation and setup you can begin logging itemised telephone calls - for example incoming / outgoing / missed calls and far more to suit your needs.

As part of the system package are 4 real-time software wallboards which display extension details, department details, extension graphs and department statistics - these can then be projected singularly or together in any combination onto a larger display for others to see (for example for use in an office or telesales based environment).
