The ALLOY MGBIC-SLC20 is a Gigabit Single Mode SFP Module which can be installed into your network switches/hubs that supports gigabit based SFP slot. This 1000Mb copper based SFP module is ideal for a wide range of switches, media converters and routers that supports SFP interface. It can achieve up to 20 kilometers of distances by making it the ideal solution for long haul fibre installations. It is capable of up to 1.25Gb/s bi-directional data links, 1310nm VCSEL laser and PIN photodetector. The module is also hot-swappable that allows the administrator to interchange the modules without interrupting the network.
