The Cisco 8845 CP-8845-3PCC-K9= IP Phone encrypts video and voice communications for security and offers access to a comprehensive suite of unified communications features. Cisco Intelligent Proximity brings the worlds of desk and mobile together for you when you are using your mobile device at the desk for your work. The Cisco 8845 IP Phone offers five programmable line keys. You can configure keys to support either multiple directory numbers or call features such as speed dial. You can also boost productivity by handling multiple calls for each directory number, using the multicall-per-line feature. It also has a fixed-function key that give you one-touch access to applications, messaging, directory, as well as often-used calling features such as hold/resume, transfer, and conference.

This is an IP phone and can have firmware loaded to make it operate directly with an IP provider. The firmware upgrade process can be complex and we recommend it is not done unless you have previous experience. If you are looking for an IP phone that will work directly with an IP provider then we recommend Yealink, Polycom and Grandstream telephones.
