Shipping & Delivery:
At the checkout you will be offered various shipping options. If you are having your order delivered within UK you will be able to select from Standard Delivery £7 for 0-10kg and £9 10kg and above (next day for UK mainland if order placed before 2:30pm), Pre 10 and Pre 12. Orders to Ireland and Scottish Highlands will take around 48 hours to arrive.
Please note: orders are dispatched for next day delivery subject to stock levels. Orders of over 20 refurbished phones may take 1-2 days to dispatch depending on Dispatch Teams workload.
Delays: Where the supply of your product(s) or service(s) is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (for example, stock shortages or higher than anticipated demand) we will advise you immediately if the item is out of stock either by telephone or email with an estimate as to when you can expect to receive your order. The Telecom Shop shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
International Deliveries are estimated to take between 3 and 7 working days. We do our utmost to provide your order with a swift passage through customs by providing the correct paperwork, however this is out of our control and we cannot be held accountable for any delay incurred.

Returns, Replacements & Warranty Periods:
Refurbished products come with a 15 Month Back to Base Warranty (you send the item back to us), New products carry a Manufacturer Warranty.
Should you need to return your item please book it Here to obtain a returns number. Without your personalised Returns number we won't be able to process the return.

Ordering:
Select the products you wish to buy and click "Add to Basket". You can add as many products as you like to your basket. When you have all you need in your basket, simply select checkout. When you get to the checkout you will need to add an address and contact details then your payment details.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions:
You can pay by Paypal, BACS or use any of the following cards Visa, Mastercard (or American Express via Paypal checkout only).
If you have a credit account with us you can order via Purchase Order. Simply add the PO number at the checkout and place order. Subject to sufficient credit be available your order will be dispatched subject to the delivery timescales above.
