The Plantronics 212166-01 Audio Processor connects to the headset, desk phone, and computer using standard cables. After the audio processor is connected, the user can switch between audio sources. It has clear, intuitive buttons: volume, mute, and call control. This model of MDA526 QD connects to a computer via USB-A. This product is the replacement for Plantronics MDA490 QD.
