If you need to return a product, please read our Terms & Conditions and FAQ before requesting a return or attempting to return your product directly to The Telecom Shop. To return a product, please complete our Returns Form, and a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you within one business day.
If your product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) please contact us immediately.
If you have a warranty claim many of our product warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer. Contact a manufacturer directly to troubleshoot your product or request a warranty repair unless otherwise stated.
